Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who violates the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall, when he/she takes over a registered motor vehicle, file an application for registration of transfer of ownership with the Mayor/Do Governor;

Nevertheless, around January 24, 2011, the Defendant acquired a passenger car to be 1.5 million won by introducing B to B on the roads near the Masan-dong, Gwangju Metropolitan City-dong, the end-dong, Seoul Metropolitan City, while not filing an application for the registration of transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle within 15 days without justifiable grounds.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance for motor vehicles;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while the Defendant did not purchase a mandatory insurance policy, operated a day-to-day passenger car between April 30, 2012 and October 26, 2013.
