1. As to the Plaintiff KRW 429,664,00 and KRW 200,00 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 429,664,00 from October 15, 2014, and KRW 229,664,00.

1. Basic facts

A. On July 9, 2013, Nonparty C and D entered into a joint agreement with Nonparty E on the said land with the content that Nonparty C and D provided C and D’s Seoul Northern-gu F as a business site and that E newly built a building on the said land at its own expense, but C and D entered into a joint agreement with the content that it receives KRW 1.1 billion in return for the joint agreement.

As E fails to implement the above terms and conditions of the contract, C, D (hereinafter “A”) entered into a joint agreement with the Defendant (hereinafter “B”) who succeeded to the status of E on June 23, 2014 as follows (hereinafter “instant joint agreement”):

Amount to be paid by “B” to “A”

1. Amount of land: 1.1 billion won;

2. Expenses incurred in handling “A”: 65 million won;

3. Free provision for one household among households selling buildings in units: One household on three floors;

4. The distribution of the purchase-price shall be made on the basis of “A” 7: B’s date of payment on the basis of “B” 3.

1. Amount of land: Payment within three months after completion (by November 30, 2014);

2. Expenses incurred in combat: Payment within three months after completion (by November 30, 2014).

3. Offering financial institutions, etc. with a right to sell a unit of household for KRW 84 million for the first term loans of KRW 84 million. The same box shall apply even at the time of the second term loans (for the second term loans: limited to three-story households);

4. Free provision for one household: Payment without delay after completion (one household with three floors).

B. On December 29, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a construction contract with E as follows (hereinafter “instant construction contract”). The Defendant guaranteed the duty of the contractor under the said contract, and succeeded to the status of the contractor after entering into the instant joint project agreement.

1. Name of the construction: New construction of the F Multi-household Housing in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter referred to as the “instant building”);

3. Scale of construction: Five-story above the total floor area permitted 515.09 square meters (one story parking lot: 108.1 square meters);

4. Date of commencement: The date scheduled for completion on December 29, 2013: April 15, 2014: 680 million won;
