Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On June 27, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on July 5, 2014 by the Busan District Court for a crime of violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on July 5, 2014.
1. Larceny;
A. On July 12, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 14:00, the victim E hospitalized in the same sick room while being hospitalized in the hospital at the Busan Western-gu D Hospital 706, which was being hospitalized in the hospital; (b) and (c) took cash of KRW 23,000 and KRW 23,00 and KRW 23,00 were taken out from the wall, which was the victim’s possession in the table, located in the table.

2. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;
A. On July 12, 2014, the Defendant: (a) presented a copy of the E’s KB national card that was stolen, as described in paragraph (1) to the victim, at K operated by the victim J of Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Busan, on July 12, 2014; (b) had the legitimate authority to use the E’s KB national card; (c) induced the victim; and (d) was issued from the victim, i.e., the amount of KRW 59,000,000 at the market value at 59,000.
The defendant uses stolen credit cards and received property by deceiving the victim.
B. On July 12, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 19:12, 201, up to 80,000 won in the market price at the issue store of M operated by the victim L in Busan Jung-gu.
