【Defendant A】 The Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for four months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of one year from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who drives the D 124cc motor bicycle, and Defendant B is a person who drives the E rocketing taxi.

Defendant

A, on January 3, 2018, around 23:14, 2018, at the 3rd line in front of the F building in the Sinsan-dong, Busan-gu, and at the 3rd line in front of the F building, at the 2nd section of the U.S. fire station in the U.S., the two-lanes of the two-lanes are followed, and the defendant B proceeds along the one-lane.

At this point, there is a bus stop in front of the Simsan-dong and the center, with frequent traffic of people, and the crosswalk connected to the bus stop in the front direction of the Defendants, and thus, the vehicle driver had a duty of care in advance to prevent accidents by safely driving the front left and right, and driving the steering wheel and the operation of the steering system accurately.

Nevertheless, Defendant A neglected to perform the duty of the front direction and caused the victim G (the 55 years of age) who dried the pedestrian red signal crosswalk from the right side of the course to the left side of the road, to be the front part of the motor device bicycle bicycle of Defendant A, and caused the victim to go beyond the first floor. Defendant B neglected to perform the duty of the front direction and served the victim as the cab of Defendant B, who was used on the road due to negligence in progress.

Ultimately, the Defendants caused the victim’s death by occupational negligence on January 3, 2018, which was sent back to the Indonsan-ro Incheon-ro, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Incheon-si to the Japanese Masan Hospital, and caused the victim’s death at around 3:50 of the same day.
