Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Criminal facts

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a D bus.

On May 30, 2015, the Defendant driven the bus at the front of the bus stops located near the Gansan Hospital located in 1525, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Busan, Seo-gu, in order to drive the bus at a speed of about 32 km in the speed from the border of the Simsan, Seo-gu.

There are crosswalks installed at the front door and bus stops, so in such cases, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle can ignore the crosswalk signal and unauthorized cross-road without permission. Therefore, there was a duty of care to safely drive the brakes and steering gear by accurately operating the brakes and steering gear.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected the duty of her on the front side and the right side, and caused the victim E (50) to be dried up on the floor without permission due to negligence that proceeded in as is, and caused the victim E (50) to be dried up on the right side of the bus.

The Defendant caused the death of the victim by occupational negligence on the same day at around 14:49 of the same day from a multi-lateral shock at the accident site.
