A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The defendant shall obtain money from applicants for compensation 70 million won and he shall do so.

Punishment of the crime

Around March 11, 2013, the Defendant: (a) leased part of the 1st underground floor of “Seoul Northern-gu” to KRW 500,000,000 monthly rent of KRW 100,000 per annum; (b) set off monthly rent of KRW 100,000 in arrears with KRW 10,00; (c) from around March 1, 2013 to around February 29, the Defendant newly prepared a lease agreement to use the 1st underground floor with private interest or facilities until around February 29, 2014; and (d) prepared a lease agreement to provide rent of KRW 20,000,000,000 from around 20,000 to around 26,000,000,000,000,000 for rent of KRW 16,000,000,000,000,000,000,00.

On December 25, 2014, at the office of the defendant in the above G G private house or the defendant's office in the above G private house or the victim D and E transfer the right to operate the above private house or the female bath room and shop in the above facilities to the victim D and E, the sub-lessee to the defendant is the victim, and the sub-lessee to the defendant is the victim, and the sub-lessee to the victim from December 25, 2014 to December 24 ( December 25, 2016) for the sub-lease period is KRW 70,000,000,000,000,000,000 won, and the monthly rent is paid to the victims in one month.
