Defendant
A is a person who operates an enterprise called “E” located in Namyang-si, Namyang-si, and Defendant B is a person who operates an enterprise of “G” located in F in Namyang-si, Namyang-si.
1. Around June 2, 2014, the Defendant registered his/her trademark with the Korean Intellectual Property Office as designated goods using the above "E" office, vehicle supplies, etc. as the designated goods, and registered Hyundai Motor Vehicle (No. 208349, Dec. 18, 1990) registered with the Korean Intellectual Property Office (No. 208349, Dec. 18, 1990), with the total market price of KRW 17,325,00, 45, 195, etc. as designated goods, such as the vehicle number plate protection unit 45, etc., and registered with the Korean Intellectual Property Office as the designated goods, and affixed the above Hyundai Motor Vehicle, Bah (No. 032414, Sept. 18, 195; No. 062270, Jun. 21, 2005; 30, Nov. 19, 2005). 405
Accordingly, the defendant infringed the above trademark right.
2. Around June 2, 2014, Defendant B registered a trademark with the Korean Intellectual Property Office (No. 208349, Dec. 18, 1990) as the designated goods using the vehicle parts, etc. as the designated goods at the above “G office,” and registered with the Korean Intellectual Property Office as the designated goods, with the combined market price of KRW 11,550,000 in the aggregate of the market prices on which the trademark is attached (No. 2050,000, Dec. 18, 1990) as the 30,500,000 won, such as the vehicle number plate protection unit 30,000 in the attached list 2.
Accordingly, the defendant infringed the above trademark right.
