A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

[2016 Highest 2253] On June 1, 2016, the Defendant driven a C Saturdays car without obtaining a driver’s license from a section of approximately 3.5 km from the front of the 46 Emp Hampo Park, Nowon-gu, Nowon-gu, Seoul to the front road of about 3.5 km of the same city.
