1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 192,174,161 as well as 20% per annum from July 31, 2016 to the day of full payment.

1. From June 1, 1982 to July 16, 2016, the Plaintiff is employed as an employee at B Hospital operated by the Defendant.

The fact that the defendant retired from office is not paid 44,445,986 won as well as 147,728,175 won as retirement allowance by the defendant is not a dispute between the parties.

2. If so, the Defendant is liable to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum from July 31, 2016 to the day of full payment with respect to the above wages and retirement allowances, the total amount of KRW 192,174,161, as well as the amount of KRW 14 days after the Plaintiff’s retirement date.

3. Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
