1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 42,749,968 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from July 20, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

From October 10, 2016 to July 5, 2019, the Plaintiff works as an employee of the Defendant Company.

The facts that the Plaintiff’s total amount of wages and retirement allowances that the Defendant did not receive from the Defendant Company did not conflict between the parties, and thus, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 42,749,968 won and damages for delay of 20% per annum as stipulated in Article 37(1) of the Labor Standards Act and Article 17 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act from July 20, 2019 to the date of full payment.

The plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
