Defendant
A was working as the E branch of the victim D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “victim Co., Ltd.”), and Defendant B is the husband of Defendant A.
Defendant
A on June 21, 2017, through F, ordered an employee of the damaged company’s name infinite to be a member of the G Department H, which is a military unit in Gangnam-gu, to receive the order of the organization.
G Department made payment in cash after a month from G department.
“A request for the supply of food materials corresponding to the order of the said organization is made by making a false statement to the purport that it is “Ackin and other goods equivalent to KRW 60,000,000 from June 27, 2017 to June 29, 2017, which were supplied by the affected company, and continuously received from the G department the same method as above.
“A request was made to supply food materials while making a false statement to the effect that it was supplied by the victimized company with 60,000 won in total from July 19, 2017 to July 20, 2017.
However, at the time, the Defendants conspired to receive food materials, such as kin from the victimized company, on the ground that the G department, which belongs to the G department, a government-licensed for Defendant A’s performance and promotion, was the most as if the Defendants received large orders from G department, and there was no intent or ability to pay the said goods normally due to the lack of special property or economic ability held by the Defendants at the time.
Nevertheless, the Defendants conspired to induce the employees from the name of the victimized company as above and received the delivery of the total amount of KRW 120 million from the victimized company.
