Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving Cone Star Car.

On November 11, 2014, at around 21:55, the Defendant driven the above vehicle, and proceeded at a speed of 30km per hour, depending on the direction from the entrance to the scambling box, the front direction of the E, located in Seoan-gu, Western-si D, Seoan-gu.

In such cases, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle shall accurately operate the steering system, brakes and other devices of the motor vehicle, shall not drive the motor vehicle at a speed or in such a manner as to inflict any danger and injury on others according to the traffic conditions of the road and the structure and performance of the motor vehicle, and has the duty of care to report the traffic situation well and to prevent accidents in advance by driving the motor vehicle safely.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected to do so and neglected to do so before the discharge.

The victim F (52 years old) who was under way on the road was not found, and the part in front of the defendant's driving vehicle was over the part in front of the defendant's driving vehicle.

Ultimately, at around 22:55 on the same day, the Defendant caused the death of the victim at the emergency room of the University Hospital of the 201 short-term in the Gangnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
