A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Since there was a remote distance in which signal lights are installed, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by putting a person engaged in driving service while driving well and accurately manipulating the steering direction and brake system of the vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and did not see the front side due to influence of drinking, and instead did not see the front side in the same direction, and she received a part behind the victim E-driving FK5 taxi, which stopped in the same direction as the signal atmosphere, as the front part of the Defendant vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant driving a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, resulting in injury to the victim E, such as the pipe and tension of the part of the wood that requires a two-day medical treatment, and suffered injury to the victim G, who is the passenger of the damaged vehicle, such as dynasium and tension, for about two weeks of medical treatment.
