Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle with soflurged B, in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from dangerous driving).

On March 3, 2018, the Defendant driven the above car at around 00:00, while driving the car at around 00:0, the Defendant continued to drive the car at the vicinity of the gold-ro, along the three-lane road in front of C in the Namyang-si.
