Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. From November 2013 to May 2014, the Defendant was in charge of the business embezzlement: GB (business channels operated for the purpose of attracting the location of executives and employees of Kti as mobile phone subscribers) belonging to the FG Gangnam-gu Center (a subsidiary company of the Victim KB), the Defendant, from November 2013 to May 2014; (b) the employees and management of the 11 hub points under the management of the said center; (c) the inventory management of mobile phone devices; and (d) the process of electronically processing devices such as the entry, shipment, and storage of mobile phone devices.

From December 2, 2013 to February 3, 2014, the Defendant: (a) from the warehouse of the Gangnam-gu Center of F Co., Ltd., Ltd. on the nineth floor of Dongcheon-si Building; and (b) from the Gangseo-gu, Namwon, Namnam, Manam, and five hub points under the management of the Dong Center, the Defendant: (c) directly delivers and processes the mobile phone terminals that the victim allocated to the GB operating personnel to use for business activities; (d) did not release the mobile phone terminals that the victim directly delivers and processes; or (e) voluntarily collects the device by directly booming the hub points and voluntarily returning the device, the victim’s market price is approximately KRW 110,00,000, KRW 116,000, which is the victim’s ownership, while keeping them for business on behalf of the victim; and (e) operated the mobile phone codes by concealing it in his/her vehicle by concealing it to the string line; and (e) returning it to the victim.
