B In the coffee shop in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, in 2013, “The right to operate the Korea War Memorial Hall is beyond the Korea Intelligent Organization.” The Defendant sought to make an investment through F and G, a rode, after hearing customers’ talks. Defendant A introduced the above business from G, and Defendant A invested KRW 50 million to Defendant B via Defendant A during December 2013.
