A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 02:00 on April 2018, the Defendant tried to take or attempt to take a photograph of the victim’s sexual relationship with the victim by using the Defendant’s pet phone function in his/her sexual intercourse with the victim who was not aware of the fact that the Defendant had been in a relationship with the victim by setting up his/her cell phone toward the opening of the cell phone in the string room of the Daejeon Seo-gu B hotel, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu B hotel on an unfolding date and setting up his/her cell phone toward the opening of the opening on the string, and by taking the image of his/her sexual relationship with the victim from around that time to July 25, 2018, as described in the attached list 1 of crimes.

As a result, the Defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame on three occasions in total by using devices similar to the cameras against his will, and attempted to take one time, but did not have the intent to take the body on the wind recorded only by sound.

2. On October 4, 2018, at around 12:00, the Defendant expressed the victim’s home phone number on the grounds that the victim hedgingd at the front of the E University dormitory located in Seo-gu, Daejeon, on the ground that the victim does not take the Defendant, and called “the victim would know the fact that the victim performed a abortion operation by making a crypt operation by using a bombless phone,” and then, during that time from around October 25, 2018, the Defendant intimidationd the victim four times in total, such as the list of crimes as shown in attached Table 2.

3. The Defendant, at the time and place stated in the above paragraph 2 above, committed assault to the victim by taking one hand the victim’s right hand who is intending to cause damage to the Defendant, as stated in the above paragraph 2 above, and assaulting the victim by continuing to cut off the victim’s left arms.
