Punishment of the crime

On March 2013, 2013, the Defendant gave consent by proposing that F would be able to pay money with a game room in the E-game room located in Gangnam-si, Seocho-si, and F would face a telephone to G around that time, and “I would like to operate a game room with a face-to-face with money and divide revenues. Nevertheless, the Defendant, along with the above G, F, H, and K (each judgment rendered on June 19, 2014), installed 50 games with the floor size of 70-80 square meters from April 26, 2013 to May 22, 2013, and the Defendant and G, F, and H installed 50 games with the floor size of 70-80 square meters. K is employed as an employee and work for the said game machine, and it is presented as three pictures for each stude to the customers, and among which, by dividing the stude, a game is opened by dividing the stude.
