A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On November 2018, the Defendant came to know with the victim C (the name, the age of 14) through B Messenger around the end of November 2018.

1. The Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Rape) at around December 3, 2018: (a) expressed that the victim, a middle school student, would have sexual intercourse with the victim by using the psychological condition that leads to the violence of the said line; and (b) was rejected by the victim’s offer to drink the alcohol through B Mesen; (c) the victim threatened the victim “if he does not drink the alcohol, he would go to go off the line to the Dong Ne Ne Ne Ne Ne Ne Ne Ne Ne Ne Ne Ne Ne Ne Ne Ne Nen the victim’s refusal to comply with the Defendant’s demand, so it would be possible for the victim to take assault from the same line to a luminous distance; and (d) the victim threatened the victim to “I wish to go to go to the ship and to go to the ship.”

On the same day from 08:27 to 10:25, the Defendant continued to enter the victim under the above D Building E, and put the victim into the victim as if he did not comply with the Defendant’s demand by stating that “the victim is off clothes, and as soon as he does not comply with the Defendant’s demand,” and made the victim frighted to put the Defendant’s sexual organ into the victim’s entrance.

The Defendant continued to say that the victim is not as soon as possible, and the victim’s head is bleeped twice by hand, flicked the victim’s head by hand, and threatened the victim’s bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch fch bitch bit, and inserted the victim’s sexual flag into the part of the victim’s sound.

Accordingly, the defendant raped the victim who is a child or juvenile.

2. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (hereinafter “Ameras”) shall function as a camera with the Defendant’s cellular phone from around 08:46 to 08:51 on December 3, 2018 without the victim’s consent.
