A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 120 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On January 1, 2015, the Defendant came to know of the victim D (14 years of age) who attends the same church through the same-sex hosting called "C", and had the victim frighted with the weather, and had the victim frighted to sexual intercourse with a similar sexual intercourse.
