A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. From around 04:30 on July 26, 2014 to 12:00 on the same day, the Defendant driven a E-cargo without a driver’s license in the section of about 40 km from the front of the Defendant’s home located in Gwangju to the front of the said Defendant’s home, via the road in front of the same city.

B. Around 17:10 on the same day, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle from around 17:20 to around 17:20 on the same day from the front of the office of the above Defendant, without a driver’s license, at a approximately 4 km section from the 4km section to the front of the street cafeteria.

2. On July 26, 2014, around 17:52, the Defendant was asked questions as to whether the Defendant driven alcohol from a slope of the Mayang Police Station Fabab, which was called “the Defendant driven under the influence of alcohol” after receiving a report that “the Defendant driven under the influence of alcohol.”

Accordingly, the Defendant: (a) took the bath that “at any time, he drinks alcohol; (b) he dices that he drinks alcohol; (c) he she dices that he dices; (d) he she believed that he dices; and (e) he believed that he dices; and (e) he dumfs, she dumfs the fats of the above G; (b) she dumfs the fat, she dumfs, she dumfs the dumf, and she dumfs the humf, she dumfs, and she dumfs the bumfs

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the crackdown on drinking driving.

1. Operation without a license for the relevant legal provisions concerning the crimes: The obstruction of performance of official duties under subparagraphs 1 and 43 of Article 152 of the Road Traffic Act: Article 136 (1) of the Criminal Act; and

2. Articles 40 and 50 (Mutual Crimes of Obstruction of Performance of Official Duties)

3. Selection of each penalty of imprisonment;
