Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a driver of B white New EF rocketing car.

On May 27, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car at around 15:12, and proceeded along the two-lanes between the two-lanes on the offside of the offside road in the south of Kimcheon-si and the offside road at a point of 104 km from the offside of the Sungcheon-si to Kimcheon-do in the two-lanes, the Defendant set up a higher height from the first lane to the two-lanes on the ground that the express bus of the victim C (45 years old) driven earlier changed from the first lane to the two-lanes on the ground that the express bus of the victim C (45 years old) changed from the two-lanes, and followed the two-lane to the one-lane and the two-lane to the one-lane.

Accordingly, the Defendant carried the above white New EF rocketing car, which is a dangerous object, and threatened the victim as if he would cause a traffic accident.
