A shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for ten months, and by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months, respectively.

However, the two years each from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

A A is a person who drives D New Shed XD car, and Defendant B is a person who drives EF rocketing car.

1. On November 14:55, 2015, Defendant A’s work performance and Defendant of Defendant A attempted to enter the said road along a one-lane road in the Doyang-Eup/Myeon room located in the area of the gold-ro 720, the area of the said road (hereinafter “instant road”) located in the area of the gold-ro Do, the area of which is linked to the area of the said road to the area of the gold-ro Do, the area of which is located in the area of the said Do-Eup/Myeon.

위 장소는 휴게소에서 나오는 도로와 이 사건 도로가 연결되는 지점으로서 이 사건 도로와 휴게 소 출구 도로 사이 노면에 흰색 실선으로 역 V 자형(∧ )으로 그려진 표지와 그 역 V 자형 표지 내에 다시 역 V 자형 표지가 그려져 있고 그 표지 가운데에는 진입을 금지하는 주황색 봉이 설치되어 있는 등 휴게 소 출구 도로에서 이 사건 도로로 끼어들기를 금지하는 표지가 설치되어 있는 장소이므로 이러한 경우 자동차 운전자로서는 위 끼어들기 금지 표지가 끝나는 지점 이전에는 위 표지를 넘어서 이 사건 도로로 끼어들어서는 아니 되고 위 금지 표지가 끝나는 지점 이후에 이 사건 도로로 진입하는 등 표지에 따라 운전하여 사고를 방지하여야 할 업무상 주의의무가 있었다.

Nevertheless, Defendant 1 tried to drive the instant road in the opposite direction beyond the central line by cutting the door to the opposite direction through a cresh between the ebbrance and the ebrance of the airbrance, without disregarding the safety signs of the said fracks, while driving the said eF rocketing car driving by the joint Defendant and the injured party, driving by the joint Defendant and the victim, driving the instant road from the ebracks of the Do- Eup to the front part of the eF rocketing, without avoiding the Defendant’s vehicle.
