Punishment of the crime

On September 21, 2013, at around 00:46, the Defendant driven a B-te motor vehicle from the roads in front of the Bupyeong-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu, Busan to the roads in front of the Hansung-dong 968, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Seoul, at a 300-meter level, while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.157%.
