1. The defendant shall receive KRW 35 million from the plaintiff and, at the same time, with regard to C forest land 3309 square meters when residing in the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. A. On March 22, 2016, when a resident permanently resides in D forest land of KRW 15,435 square meters (hereinafter “D forest land before subdivision”), the area of D forest land before subdivision was reduced to 12,126 square meters (hereinafter “D forest land”). B. On December 1, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract with the Defendant to purchase KRW 150 million from KRW 80,000 per square meter, and paid KRW 45,500,000 in total with the down payment (hereinafter “the above sales contract”). On March 1, 2015, the Defendant entered into a sales contract with the Defendant to purchase KRW 15,435 square meters of D forest land (hereinafter “C forest land”). The Defendant sold KRW 305,500 square meters of land under a special agreement with the land to sell and sell the subject matter as follows (hereinafter “305,500 square meters of land”).
