Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On June 18, 2015, around 20:0, the Defendant cut off the locks filled with the said bicycle using a small cutting machine with the victim’s market value of KRW 200,000,000, the victim C (the victim 16 years of age) set up in the said bicycle storage unit, and cut off the locks filled with the said bicycle, using a small cutting machine with the victim’s prior preparation for 3:0,000 bicycle set up in the above bicycle storage unit, from February 15, 2015 to June 18, 2015, and cut off the bicycle by means of riding the bicycle as it is, and then, from February 15, 2015 to June 18, 2015, the Defendant cut off six bicycles at the market value of the victims at six times in total, as described in the list of crimes, as described above.
