The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. Summary of facts charged

A. On October 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) within CKafin in Daejeon-gu Daejeon on October 24, 2017; and (b) he/she collected money from D in return from D.

C. On January 18, 2018, after the institution of the instant indictment, the victim D and F expressed their wish not to prosecute the Defendant.
