A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 20, 2017, the Defendant attended the school from the victim B (a family name, female, 19 years of age) and March 20, 2017.

1. The crime committed at a drinking house;

A.
