A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On the 29th of the same month, the Defendant, even though he did not have lost his mobile phone on the 29th day of the same month, did not contact the victim with his mother-friendly mobile phone and lost his mobile phone and contacted

1. Accordingly, the defendant forced the victim to commit an act of non-performance of obligation by threatening the victim.

2. The Defendant is in violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse. The Defendant sent his/her photo to the victim who would be subject to the Defendant’s horse, such as not threatening the victim to spread his/her photo as set forth in paragraph (1).
