Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 14, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Suwon District Court, which was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. on April 4, 2014. On January 22, 2014, the Incheon District Court sentenced the imprisonment of one year and six months for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. on April 11, 2014, and the judgment became final and conclusive.

At around 12:51 on November 2, 2006, the Defendant, as a freight driver B, loaded construction wastes within the construction site of the Julung Construction Incheon Jung-gu Incheon Jung-gu Incheon, and operated more than 3.520 tons by loading more than 13.520 tons on the front of the Incheon Jung-gu Incheon Incheon International Airport Expressway, although the restricted weight of 10 tons cannot exceed 10 tons on the front of the Incheon Jung-gu Incheon Incheon International Airport Expressway, among D Co., Ltd. located in the direction of D Co., Ltd. located in Jung-gu Incheon Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Incheon.
