Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 4, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment at the Incheon District Court for a crime such as violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 27, 2013.

On July 19, 2002, at around 03:47, the Defendant driven a 100-meter radius from the studal of the “C” in front of the radio station located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, to the control place, in the state of 0.116 percent of blood alcohol concentration in front of the radio station located in 502.
