Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

From June 16, 200 to November 15, 2010, the Defendant served as the managing director of the Gyeonggi-do government apartment, and was engaged in the business of collecting and managing communications stations' facility rents, such as apartment and commercial building management expenses, KTF, etc.

On September 21, 2007, the Defendant received a transfer of the rooftop rent of KRW 4,00,000,000 from the ELV Telecom, which leased the apartment rooftop to install a base station, from the said C Apartment Management Office, and kept it for the said apartment residents, the Defendant violated his duties, and embezzled by using the said amount of KRW 3,160,000 for personal use on September 28, 2007, in violation of his duties.
