A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who is not a handler of narcotics, did not handle narcotics and marijuana, was in possession of narcotics and smoke of marijuana as follows:

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On February 14, 2017, at the Defendant’s house around 21:00, the Defendant smoked marijuana over four occasions from around that time to April 13, 2017, as indicated in the list of crimes in the separate sheet of crimes, including removing part of tobacco copis in the Defendant’s house, and putting in smoking by inserting an influorous mariing shots.
