Punishment of the crime

At around 21:30 on April 17, 2015, the Defendant driven a B 100cc obane from the road in front of the Bobin Building located in the Busan Doo-dong to the road located in the Busan Doo-gu 284 under the influence of alcohol leveling to 0.205% of alcohol level.
