Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 29, 2018, at around 16:00, the Defendant discovered that D (at 21 years of age) goes to toilets in the second floor of Songpa-gu Seoul building C, Songpa-gu, Seoul, and entered the female toilets, following the victim's back, and intruded into public use places, such as toilets, for the purpose of meeting his sexual desire, such as self-defense, with a view to satisfying his own sexual desire.

1. The Defendant and the defense counsel of CCTV images merely entered the Defendant’s cell room for female workers, and did not commit self-defense, and the Defendant did not have any purpose to satisfy his sexual desire.
