A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

On December 10, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment and two years of suspended execution as a result of obstructing the performance of official duties in the establishment of the Changwon District Court branch on December 10, 2014, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 18, 2014, and is currently under suspended execution.

On July 11, 2015, at around 18:20, the Defendant, in his house and kitchen C located in G, had his own house and kitchen in G, and had an empty baby, which was a dangerous object on the ground that the mother’s spouse would not be subject to this Section, got the victim’s victim D (V, 25 years of age) who was his spouse, and had the victim faced with the victim’s left eye, and had the victim undergo a medical treatment for a period of ten days.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim.
