A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized evidence 1 and 2 (2016 order 1198) shall be forfeited from the accused.

1. On November 3, 2015, around 18:30 on November 3, 2015, the Defendant: (a) intruded the victim D’s “Sariba” operated by Kimhae-si, with the intent of the victim D to steals the articles kept in his/her clothes; (b) opened a clothes 200,000 won in cash owned by the victim E and 20,000 won in cash owned by the victim E; and (c) took theft of 20,000 won in market price from November 3, 2015 to April 22, 2016; and (d) intruded the building managed by the victims at night over 12 times in total, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Form.

2. On January 1, 2016, around 18:00, the Defendant attempted to larceny a structure at night, intruded the victim G, which was managed by the victim G in Kimhae-si, into the “Bagn” that customers had stolen the articles kept in the clothes, and then attempted to open several clothes used by customers as the only key prepared in advance. However, even though the clothes were not opened, the Defendant did not go to such intent.

3. On April 21, 2016, around 16:20 on April 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) infringed upon a structure; (b) caused customers to steals the articles kept in the clothes book; and (c) stolen 40,00 won in cash, which is owned by the victim H; (d) 40,000 won in cash, which is owned by the company bank; (e) one national bank physical card; (e) two agricultural bank physical card; and (e) two resident registration certificates; and (e) one wall at the market price of 50,000 won with the disabled card.

around 18:51 on September 19, 2015, the Defendant, “2016 Highest 1598,” was prepared in advance, after the customers intrude into “Sarina” operated by the injured party J in Kimhae-si on September 19, 2015, of the articles kept in the clothes.
