A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On February 12, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and three years of suspended execution for a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Acts, including the Mediation, etc. of Commercial Sex Acts (the brokerage, etc. of commercial sex acts) at Seoul Northern District Court on February 12, 2009, and the said judgment became final

On February 2, 2008, the Defendant borrowed KRW 100 million from C as security, and established a collateral on the real estate No. 105, 1803, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, which is the mother of the Defendant, for which registration of establishment of a collateral security right has been made in the C future. As the Defendant was detained as a commercial sex acts brokerage case around December 2008, the Defendant arbitrarily cancelled the said collateral security right established on the said real estate and got the said real estate loaned as security.

1. On December 12, 2008, the Defendant: (a) requested a certified judicial scrivener who was unaware of the fact that he had not obtained consent or delegation from C with respect to the cancellation of a neighboring mortgage by the parties to the collective security at the time of the establishment of the said collective security right; (b) on the grounds that the Defendant had no knowledge of the fact that the Defendant continued to keep in custody, such as the books and real estate, from the Defendant’s wife F, to cancel the said neighboring mortgage; and (c) around December 12, 2008, the Defendant, at the above office of a certified judicial scrivener H located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, requested a person without personal knowledge at the name-based office “Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, 105 Dongdong-gu, Seoul; (d) “Seoul, 105 Dong-gu; (e) I”; (e) “Seoul, 2000Mo298, May 40, 198; and (e) “Seoul, 2009Mo168.
