Punishment of the crime

On May 6, 2008, a civil society organization with 1,500 U.S. beef co-operation, etc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Countermeasures") organized a "National Countermeasure Committee against the full import of U.S. beef risks" (hereinafter referred to as the "Countermeasures Committee") for the purpose of organizing a strike against the import of U.S. beef, asserting that "the phased import expansion agreement of U.S. beef entered into with the Government of the Republic of Korea on April 18, 2008 is a duplicative negotiation, as well as a result of undermining the citizens' health rights."

Since May 2, 2008, the countermeasures conference led to the candlelightlight assembly in Seoul, etc., which was held from May 6, 2008, and tried to enter into the Cheongdae River by holding a candlelight assembly, which is an outdoor assembly at night, every day from May 6, 2008. From May 24, 2008, the countermeasures conference tried to play a road-only demonstration, such as a three-dimensionals or an adlelights, after the candlelightlight assembly, and after the day from May 24, 2008, the party tried to move into the Cheongdae River with the road-only demonstration, such as the city of the following day.

On the same day, at around 20:45, the police spreaded a color box using the water, and started the dissolution and arrest of the demonstration team, and at least 4,600 persons of the demonstration team moved to the protection of the earth, such as a solar road, the same-sex, and the same-sex.
