Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 6, 2008, a non-governmental organization organized a "National Countermeasure Council against Import of U.S. Beef (hereinafter referred to as the "Countermeasures Council") to systematically establish a strike against import of U.S. beef, claiming that "the phase-out expansion agreement of U.S. beef import concluded with the Government on April 18, 2008 shall not only be a stroke negotiation but also cause harm to the people's health."

Since May 2, 2008, the countermeasures conference led to the "Madlelightlight meeting" held by Seoul Cheongyang, etc., such as the "D organization" and "E organization," which was held in Seoul Cheongyang, etc. on May 6, 2008, held a candlelight meeting, which is an outdoor assembly after sunset in the Cheongyang, etc., and attempted to enter into the Cheongdae River as it was every day from May 24, 2008, and from May 24, 2008, the candlelight meeting, which was held by the outdoor assembly, was held.
