1. As to the Plaintiff A’s KRW 25,00,000, and KRW 7,000,000 to Plaintiff B, and each of the said money, the Defendant from March 27, 2015 to March 2016.
Reasons
Facts of recognition
The following facts can be acknowledged in full view of each statement in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4, and the whole purport of the pleadings is insufficient to reverse the statement in Eul evidence No. 1, and no other counter-proof evidence exists.
Plaintiff
A has completed the marriage report with the plaintiff B on January 20, 2011.
B. From October 2014, the Defendant came to know of the Plaintiff A who had been working for the same company and maintained the internal relationship. From February 2015, the Defendant had been aware of the Plaintiff A and had been working for the same company, and had the Plaintiff refused to meet with the Plaintiff, and had the Plaintiff refused to meet with the Plaintiff, then he had the Defendant sent the contents of the Kakakao Stockholm conversation which had been given and received to the husband to the Defendant and the Plaintiff’s family.

Accordingly, the Defendant, from early 15:00 to early 16:00 on February 2015, 2015, sent the Plaintiff A’s vehicle to the Defendant’s vehicle and told the Plaintiff A that he would no longer contact with the Defendant, and displayed the Plaintiff’s mobile phone conversation with the Defendant that “I would know to the husband of the days during which I would have been in progress if I would have come to talk with the Plaintiff,” and without accepting the Defendant’s demand, the Defendant threatened the Plaintiff A in the same way five times in total from that time to March 27, 2015.
The Defendant, as seen above, fails to take account of the Defendant’s request, such as “I will delete the word “I have given and received if I have entered the workplace,” and “I will delete the word “I would have given and received if I would have come to the workplace,” and “I would have sexual intercourse even when I would have sexual intercourse with I would have done. If I would not have sexual intercourse, I will send the word to her husband at present unless I would have sexual intercourse.”
