A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

A seized knife (No. 1) shall be confiscated from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

Around October 2011, the Defendant came to know of the Victim C (L, 39 years of age) and asked for a judgment that the victim would observe his/her home for about four months from that time. The Defendant continued to make intimidation, confinement, bodily injury, etc. as follows, and had a mind to maintain an internal relationship.

1. Intimidation;

A. From February 2012 to June 201 of the same year, the Defendant called the victim’s cell phone with the content that “I wish to know about the fact that the Defendant is not a person who is not a person who is not a person who is not a person who is a person who is a person,” using a cell phone, and threatened the husband of the fact that the victim was a person who is not a person who is not a person who is a person who is a person who is a person, by sending text messages.
