Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a driving training instructor, and the victim C (V, 26 years of age) is a student.

1. On August 28, 2017, the Defendant completed the road driving training with the victim at the 107-dong underground parking lots of the 107-dong, Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Annsan-si, Annsan-si on August 28, 2017.

In order to punish the two arms, the victim was forced to commit an indecent act by committing an indecent act against the victim, such as deceiving the victim, etc.

2. On August 29, 2017, around 16:50, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim by force, such as, on the part of the victim, the Defendant, while driving the said vehicle as one hand while driving the vehicle on the road within the passenger capacity of the victim, while driving the vehicle on the road with the victim within the passenger vehicle of the victim. 4. On August 29, 2017, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim, on the ground that, after completing training on driving along the road along the victim on the underground parking lot of 107-dong Da Apartment-gu, YOsan-si, the Defendant: (a) caused the victim to board his/her vehicle; (b) caused the victim to board his/her vehicle; (c) caused the victim to be able to board the vehicle; and (d) caused the victim to kis on the left side of the victim.

5. The Defendant, from around 15:58 on August 31, 2017, from around 17:10 to around 17:10 on the same day, deemed that the victim performed a parking practice at a 107 underground parking lot of the 107-dong Dadong-gu, Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Ansan-si, and the victim was kiscked and kisced in the victim’s kis, and the victim was inside the victim’s vehicle.
