The defendant is a person who drives a rocketing car.

On February 27, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car at a section of approximately 200 meters from the front side of the building to the front side of the construction of the above-wing Gyeongdong, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.133% of the blood alcohol concentration around 22:09.
