Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person driving a rocketing car.

On October 28, 2015, at around 23:54, the Defendant driven the said car at a section of approximately 500 meters from the front side of the Yong-gu North Korean Peninsula to the front side of the Yeongdeungpo-gu North Korean Peninsula, Gwangju, in a state of alcohol of 0.096% alcohol level.
