Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 20:00 as of the end of December 2014, the Defendant: (a) cut off the victim C’s house located in Cheongbuk-do Cheongdo-gun B with one set of a large-brush flag with a market price equivalent to KRW 3,00,000, which was set up and set up at the front cover of the victim C’s house located in Cheongbuk-do-gun B.

2. Around 20:00 on January 30, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with one washing machine with a market price equivalent to KRW 300,000,000, which was kept in a warehouse in the victim E’s house located in Cheongdo-gun, Cheongdo-gun; and (b) committed a theft.

3. Around 01:20 on March 7, 2015, at the entrance of G located in the Cheongdo-gun, Cheongdo-gun, Cheongbuk-do-si, the Defendant cut off one candlelight with the victim H’s market value of KRW 500,000 and two candlelights equivalent to the market value of KRW 400,000,000,000.
