A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 28, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. and two years of suspension of execution. On March 9, 2010, the Daegu District Court sentenced six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny and the judgment became final and conclusive on March 9, 201, the sentence of suspension of execution became void, and the period of parole was expired on May 9, 201 during the execution of each of the above punishments.

1. Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the total amount of 1,8260,000 won of the market price owned by the victim.
2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) at a distance of about 100 km from the inn of the above white paper to the front of the inn of the Cheongbuk-gun, Cheongdo-do, Cheongbuk-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Cheongdo-ro, Cheongbuk-do-do, and driving the said cargo without a driver’s license.
3. Violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act;
A. On March 20, 2014, the Defendant, at the 205 petition in the Cheongdo-ro, Cheongdo-ro, Cheongdo-ro, Cheongdo-ro, Cheongdo-gun, Cheongdo-do-gun, paid a total of KRW 1,090,000 on three occasions to the above female business owners, signed and used the debit card, signed on the previous list, and subsequently stolen.
