The Defendant is a believers belonging to the C church “D” group located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

피고인은 2013. 3. 24. 10:30경 위 C교회 3층 본당에서 같은 교회의 반대세력인 ‘비상대책위원회’ 신도들과 본당을 선점하여 예배를 보는 문제로 시비를 하던 중 화가 나, 피해자 E(55세)의 얼굴 부분을 머리로 1회로 들이받고, 피해자 F(56세)의 뒷덜미를 손으로 잡아 넘어뜨리고, 피해자 G(55세)의 턱 부분을 팔꿈치로 때리고 발로 허벅지를 걷어찼다.
