Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim are Bridges.

On December 29, 2013, at around 12:00, the Defendant assaulted the said victim on several occasions on the 3rd floor of the Bridge located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and on the 53 years old, the Defendant’s believers and the victim D (the 53 years old)’s believersd each towing vessel in the same space.
