A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2019 Highest 835] On January 12, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was parked in front of the building B in Ansan-si, Ansan-si; and (b) cut off with a 4,000 won in cash owned by the victim D; and (c) thereafter, the Defendant stolen the victims’ property at least six times from that time until February 19, 2019, as indicated in the attached list of crimes.

1. Attempted larceny;
A. At around 00:45 on December 31, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened and opened a door that was not locked by the victim F in order to steal the property located in the GMW car parkeded by the victim F in front of Ansan-si, Ansan-si; (b) but did not commit an attempted crime because there was no likely property to steals.
B. On February 19, 2019, around 04:46, the Defendant: (a) went away from the front glass room of the said taxi on a brick to steal the property located in the H parking lot located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si; (b) but (c) failed to release the corrective device on the ground that the Defendant was unable to do so.
2. On December 31, 2018, the Defendant stolen one mobile phone (LG X500, market price of 500,000 won) owned by the victim M from the building in Ansan-si, the building in Ansan-si, and the 5th floor area of L with the fifth floor.
3. On December 31, 2018, the Defendant: (a) connected a building in Ansan-si and a mobile phone in the fourth floor, as set forth in paragraph (2), to a P game site owned by M and stored in the said mobile phone; (b) obtained the certification process using his/her name and resident registration number; and (c) purchased a Pub cyber machine equivalent to KRW 300,000 in Q’s ID; and (d) processed data by entering information into a data processing device, such as a computer, without authority, by purchasing a Pub cyber machine equivalent to KRW 20,000 in Q’s ID.
